PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for recovery and storage of hydrogen and its apparatus which have a function as a hydrogen tank to store and supply the hydrogen in which a water content has been separated and recovered with efficiency from a mixed gas (reformed gas) or the like composed of a hydrogen and other impurity gases obtained by reforming a natural gas or methanol. SOLUTION: The hydrogen recovery and storage container comprising a metallic porous body upon which a hydrogen storage alloy made to a paste form by adding a binding agent is applied as a coating or as a filler, and a pressure formed hydrogen storage sheet which is laid upon the metallic porous body as a lamination layer and is accommodated in the container provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet. And, it is preferred further that a porous body sheet is overlaid and is bonded in laminated form on the hydrogen storage sheet.
