PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device, capable of smoothly correcting gradient of image and printing image in high quality by skew correction for the image without the image pattern becoming irregular. SOLUTION: In the image forming device for correcting the gradient of image by data shifting, the device comprises an image data storage means for storing image data of plural lines, a shift point setting means which points the location of the pixel, of which the data are already shifted, a correcting pattern generating means generating a correcting pattern by the information of an interest pixel, a peripheral pixel and the shift point, a matrix configuration means configuring a matrix with the information of the peripheral pixel including the shift point, a smoothing processing means for conducting smoothing to the image data, based on the matrix data configured by the correcting pattern and the matrix configuration means. |
