PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller which enables a user to accurately confirm the condition of the device by informing the user of input of a new job or the existence of information related to the new job at the time when information related to a job is displayed on a display part. SOLUTION: An operation panel 45 of a digital copying machine 10 which can input a job related to plural different processing modes is provided with a touch panel color liquid crystal display device 52. Icons 62a to 62c corresponding to the newly inputted job in respective processing modes are displayed besides a set picture 63 corresponding to the present processing mode in the state that individual detailed information is concealed, and mode selection keys 57 to 59 for selection of respective processing modes are arranged in the vicinity of the display device 52. A multicolor display means displays colors of information (icons 62a to 62c) related to the job in respective processing modes, display colors of mode selection keys 57 to 59, and a display color corresponding to a second processing mode while making each color correspond to. |
