PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing integrated circuit optical input/output structure in super-high speed optical communication. SOLUTION: An optical wiring layer is formed monolithically on a tip surface or rear surface of a photo-electric harmonized/integrated circuit using a planar light receiving or light emitting element, and this signal processing integrated optical input/output structure is made an optical interface in the photo-electric harmonized/integrated circuit by giving an optical path conversion structure into this layer, and a beam is inputted/outputted to/from a tip end surface direction of the optical wiring layer out of a tip of an optical fiber, etc. |
