发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR GLASS CERAMIC SUBSTRATE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which obtains a glass ceramic substrate having a high size precision and a high precision for forming a surface circuit pattern by surely restraining sinter shrinkage of a glass ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of making a laminated body by laminating a plurality of glass ceramic green sheets on which surface a conductor pattern is formed, laminating restrained green sheets including hardly sintered inorganic material and glass on both the surfaces of the laminated body, machining to cut corners, eliminating organic component from the laminated body, making a glass ceramic substrate which maintains the restrained sheets after sintering, and eliminating the restrained sheets from the substrate. A glass containing value of the restrained green sheets is made to be one by which the glass ceramic green sheet is combined during the sinter and is not made to practically shrink in the laminated surfaces.
