<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sightseeing guidance system capable of providing required services to a tourist through terminal equipment provided on a vehicle which each of tourists gets on. SOLUTION: An IS terminal 130 loaded on an IS vehicle 13 is provided with an auxiliary storage device 133 storing peripheral information composed of sightseeing information and shop information, radio equipment 132 for performing communication with a PT vehicle 14 by using an IVC and an arithmetic unit 131. Besides, a PT terminal 140 loaded on the PT vehicle 14 is provided with radio equipment 133 for performing communication with the IS terminal 130 while using an IVC, an arithmetic unit 141 and a display/voice input and output device 144 for displaying the information received by the radio equipment 133 or outputting it in voice. Corresponding to prescribed timing or request from the PT terminal 140, the arithmetic unit 131 of the IS terminal 130 transmits a part related to the periphery of the present position of the IS vehicle 13 in the peripheral information stored in the auxiliary storage device 133 through the radio equipment 132 to the PT terminal 140. The arithmetic unit 141, which receives this information through the radio equipment 142, displays the received information or outputs it in voice by the display/voice input and output device 144.</p> |
