SOLUTION: This recoding medium is provided with a buffer 33 for temporarily storing video/voice data, a recording medium 20 for recording a video/voice block when the size of a video/voice block constituted of the video/voice data exceeds a prescribed value, and a file managing means for managing a file by using data indicating the leading recording position of the video/voice, block, data indicating the size of the video/voice block, and data indicating inter-video/ voice block link.
