PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna-mounting structure with which only an antenna can be replaced, the cost of replacement components can be decreased, and production of wastes can be reduced in order to solve the problems of the conventional antenna mounting structure where its antenna holder has had to be dumped together with the antenna when replacing antenna which results in increasing the cost of replacement components and also the quantity of dumped wastes. SOLUTION: A tapered part 44 is provided to one end of a ring washer 4 and a screw slotting section 24 with screw slots 25 is provided to a tip of an antenna holder 2. When the antenna holder 2 with an antenna body 1 penetrated therethrough is inserted to the ring washer 4 and fixed, the inner diameter of the screw slotting section 24 is tapered off along the tapered part 44, the tips of the screw slotting section 24 slidably hold the antenna body 1, and when the antenna holder 2 is released from the ring washer 4, the screw slotting section 24 having be made narrow is spread to allow the antenna body 1 to be come off in the antenna-mounting structure.
