PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of electromagnetic induction heating in which the temperature control of a toner heating medium can be performed stably. SOLUTION: The fixing device has a heating roller consisting of magnetic metals heated by electromagnetic induction, a fixing roller disposed in parallel to the heating roller, a heat-resistant belt trained around the heating roller and the fixing roller, heated by the heating roller and rotated by these rollers, and a pressure roller press-contacted to the fixing roller through the heat- resistant belt, rotating with respect to the heat-resistant belt and forming a fixing nip part. By this configuration, the temperature control of the toner heating medium can be performed stably, and the fixing of a toner image can be performed stably.
