PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regent for measuring an anti phospholipid antibody which can be used in counting immunoassay. SOLUTION: An antigen solution, including a ratio of phosphatidycholine (2-15) to in weight with respect to cardiolipin of weight 1, a ratio cholesterol by (0-6): 1 in weight with respect to cardiolipin and a total of their lipid antigens by 30-95 mg per gram of carrier particles is mixed with the carrier particles, thereby immunizing the lipid antigens onto the carrier particles. The carrier particles are further blocked by polyvinyl alcohol.
