TOUCH ROLL DEVICE FOR REWINDER OF PHOTOGRAVURE PRINTER

PURPOSE: A touch roll device of a rewinder in a photogravure printer is provided to produce regular quality of products by preventing textile fibers from gapping or from unsealing with specific pushing force. CONSTITUTION: A touch roll device(200) for a rewinder contains a turret winder comprising two turret discs(120) oppositely installed in opposite frame structures(110), and an A and a B working shaft(140,140a) supporting a printed textile fiber wound between two turret discs. The touch roll device consists of; a rotation central shaft(210) placed on a vertical line perpendicular with a horizontal line connecting the A and the B working shaft from the center of the turret discs; rotating arms(220) rotated between an A and a B working shaft by being fixed to the rotation central shaft; rotating rollers(230) pressurizing the printed textile fiber wound on the working shafts; working arms(240) connected to both ends of the rotation central shaft from the outside; and working cylinders(250) with pistons(252) rotating the working arm from the outer side of the turret discs. Thus, the rewinder touch roll device rotates the rotating roller to one of working shafts replaced by the corresponding working cylinder.
