FULLY ENCLOSED ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE

PURPOSE: A fully enclosed rotating electric machine is provided to save energy in maintenance by suppressing the temperature rise in a bearing section and preventing early deterioration of lubricating grease, thereby extending the disassembly period. CONSTITUTION: The fully enclosed rotating electric machine(19) is equipped with support means which are equipped with bearings(5,7) for supporting a shaft(9) rotatably, at the end of a frame(2). For this fully enclosed electric machine(19), circular cooling spaces which communicate with the outside air and are concentrical with the shaft(9) are made between the bearing supports which are the sections near the bearings(5,7) out of the support means and the other sections of the support means.
