摘要 PURPOSE: A year-round anaerobic fermentation of an organic waste treatment apparatus for methane gas production by heating a water source from the outside is provided which automatically controls within the optimum fermentation temperature range an internal temperature of a digestion tank for anaerobic fermenting an organic waste producing a methane gas by receiving from the outside a hot water heated by a solar heat or a regenerative hot water. CONSTITUTION: The year-round anaerobic fermentation of an organic waste treatment apparatus for methane gas production by heating a water source from the outside comprises a heat accumulation tank(10) storing hot water heated by a heating means; and a heating means which is formed at a digestion tank(20) anaerobic fermenting organic waste, and heats the digestion tank by maintaining an internal temperature of the digestion tank to an optimum temperature suitable for anaerobic fermentation using hot water supplied from the heat accumulation tank, wherein a hot water using solar heat is used as the heating means, and the system further comprises first and second sensors(13,14) sensing internal temperatures of the heat accumulation tank and the digestion tank; and a control means(40) which supplies hot water that is heated and supplied to the heat accumulation tank when a temperature of hot water of the heat accumulation tank according to detection signals inputted from the first sensor is lower than a set value, and drives a pump(15) so that hot water from the heat accumulation tank is supplied to the digestion tank when an internal temperature of the digestion tank according to detection signals inputted from the second sensor is lower than the set value.
