PURPOSE: A commerce support system on the Internet is provided to reduce the costs for commerce by easily accumulating information on consumers, and by enabling a provider to search the information. CONSTITUTION: An export exhibition hall unit is composed of an exhibition hall web server(11), an exhibition hall database(13) and a CGI(Common Gateway Interface,12) which connects the web server(11) with the database(13). An export support unit is composed of a support unit web server(31), a support unit database(33) and an ASP(Active Server Page,32) which connects the web server(31) with the database(33). The export support unit and the export exhibition hall unit are connected by a connection unit(20). The web server(11) provides information on catalogs of all sorts of product and providers of the products to users. The server(11) records information which the user records in the database(13) through the CGI(12). Simultaneously, the information is recorded in the database(33). The web servers(11, 31) are respectively connected to a mail server(41) and a fax server(42).
