PURPOSE: A transfer unit cleaning device for a printer is provided to clean surfaces of a transfer roller and a fixing roller of a transfer unit while a printing process is performed. CONSTITUTION: A first cleaning roller(300) and a second cleaning roller(400) rotate contactingly with a transfer roller(210) and a fixing roller(220), so as to clean the surfaces of the rollers, respectively. A first means for detachably attaching the first cleaning roller to the transfer roller includes a rotating shaft having cams(177a), first rotating levers(350) contacting with the cams and having slots(352) for receiving both ends of a shaft of the first cleaning roller, and springs(360) biasing the first levers to contact the first cleaning roller with the transfer roller. A second means for detachably attaching the second cleaning roller to the fixing roller includes second rotating levers(410) mounted concentrically with the rotating shaft, springs(440) biasing the second levers to contact the second cleaning roller with the fixing roller, and cam pins(430) inserted into cam holes(353) formed at the first rotating levers.
