PURPOSE: An alpha chip handler is provided to gain an alpha chip handler having a test affectivity more than the same rank of existing an alpha chip by comprising an adsorbing unit for each one loading/unloading corresponding to one test port. CONSTITUTION: An alpha chip handler is made up of a tray stacker(100), a pick up robot(200), a pin checking die(300), a soak chamber(400), a test chamber(500), a desoak chamber(600), and a boat conveyer(700). The tray stacker(100) is installed on the front of the upper face of a base frame(10) and is composed of a plurality of tray rack(110) loading a tray(2), a plurality of tray fixed board(120) fixing the tray(2) one after another, and a tray robot(130) for loading/unloading the tray(2). The plurality of tray rack(110) is installed on the front of the upper face of the base frame(10) side by side, is made up of one supplying rack(110a) being numerously loaded the tray including the alpha chip before the test, one empty tray rack(110b), and a five recovery rack(110c). A main plate(20) is installed on the upper side of the tray rack(110) by being separated at regular distance. The tray fixed board(120) is composed of a pneumatic cylinder, a guide rail(122), and a tray board(123). The tray robot(130) is installed on the rear of the tray rack(110) and the pick up robot(200) is provided on the upper face of the main plate(20). |
