PURPOSE: A wrinkle removing device of circular knitted fabric capable of continuously removing wrinkles by using steam or hot water while carrying fabric in a circular knitting state is provided, which has the advantage of remarkably reducing the cost of production, absolutely removing wrinkles generated during weaving and improving color uniformity in a dyeing process. CONSTITUTION: This wrinkle removing device comprises: a body(4) playing a role of a frame; a warm water tank(5) installed at the body; a water supply pipe(6) connected to the warm water tank for supplying water to the warm water tank; a heating device; a drive roller installed in a multistage form inside the warm water tank for giving transfer force to fabric; and a tube guider installed on a fabric inlet path of the warm water tank for stretching the conveying fabric in cylindrical shape, wherein a drain pipe of a wash tank is connected to the water supply pipe of the warm water tank and an on-off valve is installed at a connecting position thereof.
