The arrangement has a joint clearance space (11) between the blind frame (2) and the casement or leaf frame (1). A movable fitment (12) is disposed on one of the frames, with closure pieces (15) which cooperate with fixed striking plates (17). The blind frame has an outer rabbet-cover (7) over the casement or leaf frame and bridging the outer gap between the blind and casement/leaf frames. A shield strip (18) is joined to the blind frame between the outer rabbet cover and the striking plate. The width (20) of the strip corresponds to the width (22) of the joint clearance space. |
