PURPOSE: A multi-channel headphone is provided to reproduce almost perfect a three-dimensional stereo-phonic and a sound of 5.1 channel with only four speakers by comprising the most suitable voice sending field. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of speakers(40a,40b) replays each separated sound by being arranged with more than two at each both ears of a listener. A plurality of speaker housings(10a,10b) are separately mounted by the plurality of speakers(40a,40b). The speaker housings(10a,10b) have a sound induction board(11a,11b) forming a sound path inducting the sound generated from the speaker to the ears of the listener and transmits the sound to the ears of the listener through the end of the sound induction board(11a,11b).
