PURPOSE: An element for generating sound and vibration is provided to prevent from generating of unwanted sound by vibrating a vibration plate according to the signal of low frequency. CONSTITUTION: A bottom plate(14) is mounted to the lower of a case(12). An exciting coil(22) is attached to the upper portion of the bottom plate(14). The first magnetic field generating means(24) is arranged in the case(12) and positioned opposite to the exciting coil(22). A plate spring(26) is connected at an outside of the first magnetic field generating means(24) to an inside of the case(12). A vibration plate(36) is mounted to the upper of the case(12). A voice coil(32) is attached to the lower of the vibration plate(36). The second magnetic field generating means(34) is positioned at the inside of the case(12). A sound generating means(30) is positioned at the upper portion of a vibration generating means(20).
