PURPOSE: A method for preparing a kind of drink made from root and flower of Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH., mung bean, adzuki bean and Rhynchosia Nulubilis good for curing hangover is provided to serve a healthful drink capable of removing hangover without chemical side effects and promoting physical health. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) boiling 35-40wt% of Rhynchosia Nulubilis in water; (ii) adding 35-40wt% of root of Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH., 20-25wt% of flower of Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH., 3.5-4.0wt% of adzuki bean and 3.5-4.0wt% of mung bean to the extract of Rhynchosia Nulubilis and boiling down the mixture; (iii) concentrating the mixed extract to 15-25wt% of the total weight by boiling down; and (iv) mixing the resulting condensed extract with a fixed amount of water and honey.
