PURPOSE: Provided is a dish composed of cooked chicken and seasoned bar rice cake, which can serve combined taste of chicken and rice cake. CONSTITUTION: The dish is prepared by the following steps of: (i) preparing chicken by frying, smoking or roasting pieces of chicken; (ii) boiling Korean hot pepper paste, starch syrup, salt, sugar and beef flavored chemical seasoning with 200cc of water in a heated frying pan; (iii) putting 150g of sliced rice cake into the boiled materials and heating for a few minutes; (iv) adding 50g of boiled fish paste, a little amount of green onion and sesame oil into the mixture and boiling until the slices of rice cake are lightly done; and then (v) mixing 300-400g of the prepared chicken with the resulting seasoned rice cake. |
