A cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparation comprises substances which stimulates and/or depolarises C-nerve fibres, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, an antiestrogen and a carrier. An independent claim is also included for the use of a combination of a substance which stimulates and/or depolarises C-nerve fibres, a phosphodiesterase inhibitor and an antiestrogen for the production of a pharmaceutical preparation for the therapeutic treatment of cellulite.
