PURPOSE: A method and apparatus are provided to update a spherical circumstance map and freely navigate the map by a user by reloading an image of a corresponding frame in a single image or a plurality of images. CONSTITUTION: An image input section captures an image from a camera and outputs an image signal to a central processing unit. A sound input section receives a sound from a microphone and outputs a sound signal to a central processing unit. A storage section stores the image and sound signals from the image input section and the sound input section. A wire/wireless communication section accesses and receives a corresponding data signal to and from an Internet or a network. The central processing unit processes the data signal from the wire/wireless communication section and stores the processed data signal in the storage section.
