WALL TIE FOR SUPPORTING COLUMN MEMBER IN OPERATING DEVICE OF CAGE TRANSFERRING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A column supporting wall tie of a transfer cage operating device is provided to fix a column member out of a building by a transfer cage, and to move the column member up by power of the transfer cage. CONSTITUTION: A wall tie for supporting a column member(14) is composed of a frame(12) fixed on a slab(10), and a bracket(16) fixing the column member movably. An anchor bolt(18) is fixed in the slab, and combined with a nut(20). A pinion(24) is engaged with a rack(22) fixed in the column member, and fixed in a shaft(26). A ratchet wheel(28) is fixed in the shaft, and rotated counterclockwise with a pawl(32) to move the column member up. The pawl prevents the ratchet wheel from being rotated counterclockwise by a locking pin(34), and fixes the column member. Guide rollers are turned in both ends of the bracket to cover a flange(36) of the column member. A cage fixing member(42) of a transfer cage(40) is combined with a bracket(46) by a fixing unit(44), and the ratchet wheel and the pinion are rotated counterclockwise with the pawl by eliminating the locking pin from the bracket. The column member is moved up with a cage driving unit(48) of the transfer cage.
