PURPOSE: A device for thinning out the superfluous fruits is provided, to allow a blossom of flower or a bunch or fruit to be thinned out by one scissoring, thereby improving the workability. CONSTITUTION: The device is such that an internal and external blades(2, 3) provided with a lead void(7) are combined each other by a binding tool(4) and a binding axis(5); a lead projection(6) on a movement tool(20) provided with a guide void(21) and a lead projection(6) is inserted into the lead void(6); the movement tool(20) is slid and appears or disappears by the guidance of the guide pin(22) inserted into the guide void(21), which makes the blades(2, 3) be crossed each other; a piston load(9) provided with a piston(13) is equipped on the binding tool(4), and the piston(13) is inserted into a cylinder(17); another piston(16) and cylinder(15) equipped inside of a case(1) rise and fall by a lever(11); a discharging exit(24) and a connection tool(14) are equipped in the upper and lower part of a side wall of the cylinder(15), respectively, and are connected with the connection pipe(18) equipped in the both sides of the cylinder(17); and a connection tool(14) equipped in the central part of the side wall of the cylinder(14) is connected with the inflow pipe(19) to allow the compressed air to be flown in from an air compressor.
