METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING PLANE MEMBER

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus are provided to process a plane member considering twist due to tension, and a recording medium which can be read by a computer is provided to record a programme determining the order of processing the plane member considering twist due to tension. CONSTITUTION: In a method for processing a plane member as applying tension in both symmetrical directions, the method comprises the steps of dividing a region to be processed into detailed regions having equal areas (10); obtaining the number of processing objects to be processed per each divided detailed regions (11); determining detailed regions in which center points of processing objects according to the number of the obtained processing objects are positioned (12); dividing the detailed regions of the regions to be processed based on the axis of coordinates by setting the coordinates based on detailed regions to which the center points belong, and determining the order of working of the detailed regions per intermediate regions (13); setting weighed values of the intermediate regions according to marks of the coordinates based on the set axis of coordinates, and setting actual weighted values per each detailed regions according to the number of processing objects in the weighed values and each detailed regions (14); determining the order of processing for all detailed regions based on the weighed values per the intermediate regions and the actual weighted values per the detailed regions (15); and processing the detailed regions in the determined order (16).
