METHOD FOR TESTING AND DIAGNOSING PROCESSOR FUNCTION IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SWITCH

PURPOSE: A method for testing and diagnosing a processor function in a mobile communication switch is provided to previously diagnose a function confirmation test to signals received from all blocks by voluntarily generating signals transmitted from the mobile communication switch and operating a corresponding event. CONSTITUTION: Values of a signal name and a signal node are obtained for generating a file of a signal list, and the signal name and the signal mode are extracted from a common file(S1). A value of a signal ID is extracted from a file for defining an ID by a processor(S2). Information to lists of all list and a corresponding signal is read(S3).
