BOILER OF VACUUM TYPE

PURPOSE: A vacuum typed boiler is provided to improve heating efficiency through continuously circulating vapor of high temperature by vacuum difference in sections of a circulating cycle. CONSTITUTION: A boiler system is formed by a water storage(3) for storing heating water; a vapor generating chamber(1) for generating vapor according to heat of a burner(2) through receiving the water; a heating pipe(14) performing heating by using the vapor; a recycling pipe(6) for recycling the vapor after heat exchange; a cooling water storing tank(7) for cooling the recycled vapor; and a recycled liquid storage(8) for correcting the liquid formed by passing through the cooling water storing tank for supplying to the water storage. A moisture eliminating unit(9) is connected to an upper portion of the recycled liquid storage by a connecting pipe(9b). A vacuum tank(15) is connected to one side of the moisture eliminating unit to form vacuum in a boiler by a vacuum pump(13). A heating pipe connecting tube and the recycling pipe form bending units(4a,6a) to efficiently perform heat exchange. Moreover, a ball top(12) is installed on cooling water surface for automatically adjusting water level of the cooling water in the cooling water storing tank. The ball top is interlocked with a cooling water supplying pipe(12a) to automatically supply the cooling water according to the water level of the cooling water.
