PURPOSE: A sheet type light emitting display apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to make the thickness of a portion in which a conductive paint electrode and a lead wire are connected thin, simply solder the lead wire to the light emitting display apparatus, and have a simple manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: In a sheet type light emitting display apparatus, wherein a sheet type light emitting display on the surface of which a plural strip type electrodes are installed is inserted between a pair of resin films, the sheet type light emitting display apparatus comprises a plural thin film lead terminals (20,22) which are constructed in a tape shape by equipping with conductive strips and adhesive layers (60,62) formed at the lower part of the conductive strips, and which are installed by being adhered to each of the plural strip type electrodes; and a plural lead wires which are soldered to each of the plural thin film lead terminals. The method for manufacturing the sheet type light emitting display apparatus comprises the steps of providing a sheet type light emitting display on the surface of which a plural strip type electrodes are installed; providing a plural thin film lead terminals which are constructed in a tape shape by equipping with a conductive strip and an adhesive layer formed at the lower part of the conductive strip; adhering each of the plural thin film lead terminals to each of the plural strip type electrodes; inserting the light emitting display in which the plural thin film lead terminals are installed into between a pair of resin films; and solder linking lead wires to each of the plural thin film lead terminals.
