PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for manufacturing livestock feed from fermented and dehydrated food wastes, which is automated and miniaturized to treat food waste efficiently and promptly. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a base support where a sterilizing and fermenting tank(1) and a hot air blaster(3) are installed on, the sterilizing and fermenting tank composed of an electric heater(13) installed on the surface of an arc-shaped part(11) holding a rotary stirrer(2), a fermented feed discharge port placed at the side face of the arc part, a humidity sensor(15), a plurality of crushing ribs(16) formed on the inner circumference of the arc, a hot air inlet port, a gas discharge port and an inlet port(19), a stirrer(2) composed of a stirring arm(22) and a transferring plate(23) placed at the end of the arm and closed to the crushing ribs and a control part(4) including a micom(41) for detecting information on switch condition, humidity and temperature from an operation switch, the humidity sensor and a thermometer.
