The table has a top (4) held in a guide rail (2) of a built-in cupboard (3) via a fastener. The table top is supported by a pivoted length-adjustable leg (5). When the leg is folded inwards, the table top is folded down via the fastener in the rail, or a hinge unit. When folded down, the table top acts as door for the cupboard, and the leg is locked to it. The pivot bearing for the leg incorporates a locking unit to lock it when extended.
