Thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (by weight) 100 parts thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A); 3-100 parts modified olefin resin (B) including an epoxy group, or its derivative, and 10-900 parts rubber-like elastomer (C), i.e. a thermoplastic olefin- or styrene-based elastomer.
