ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM WITH INNER CLARIFIER

PURPOSE: Provided is an advanced wastewater treatment system with an inner clarifier. The system can treat continuously nitrogen by post-denitrification process (a nitrification zone-an anoxic zone) and by using DPB in the anoxic zone. Post-aeration in an aerobic zone prevents maximally phosphorous from releasing in the lower part of a clarifier by anoxic or anaerobic condition and sludge from rising in a second clarifier. CONSTITUTION: The advanced wastewater treatment system consists of an anaerobic tank (100), a clarifier (110), a nitrification tank (120), an anoxic tank (130), an oxic tank (140) and a second clarifier (150). The system is additionally equipped with an acid-generation tank to transform food wastes, wastewater from a septic tank, a first sludge and surplus sludge into volatile organic acid, supplied for the anoxic tank (130), by acid fermentation microorganisms. The nitrification tank (120) is packed with media.
