PURPOSE: The power supply is provided to supply discharging current to discharging element for high output power in connection with high voltage and low voltage. CONSTITUTION: The power supply equipment comprises a power step-up part(200) to step-up AC power source to specified level voltage, a power switching part(210) to distinguish the switching condition by inputting pulse power source, a high voltage generating part(220) to charge and discharge output current of the power step-up part(200) according to the switching condition of the power switching part(210) and to increase discharging current to high voltage and to supply the step-up high voltage to a discharging element(230), and a low voltage supplying part(240) to charge and discharge the output current of the power step-up part(200) according to the switching condition of the power switching part(210) and to supply the output current after charging and discharging to the discharging element(230).
