PURPOSE: A liquid health food is provided, which has the effect of the degradation of alcohols and the removal of the waste product and fat of the body. CONSTITUTION: The liquid health food comprises a polymeric water-soluble chitosan whose molecular weight is 10,000 to 1,500,000. The chitosan degrades alcohols of the body and has the antibacterial effect.
