FREQUENCY SYNCHRONOUS SYSTEM FOR HAND-OFF BETWEEN ADJACENT CELLS HAVING DIFFERENT FREQUENCY AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A frequency synchronous system for hand-off between adjacent cells having different frequency and a method thereof are provided to realize a soft hand-off without converting a frequency and a call disconnect by simultaneously converting a plurality of frequency channels into a baseband. CONSTITUTION: A local oscillating frequency generator(510) generates the first local oscillating frequency. A down converter(520) mixes a radio frequency with the first local oscillating frequency for downward converting a radio frequency signal into a baseband signal. An amplifier(530) amplifies the down-converted baseband signal. A local oscillating frequency generator(540) generates the second local oscillating frequency. A down converter(550) mixes the radio frequency with the second local oscillating frequency for downward converting the radio frequency signal into the baseband signal. An amplifier(560) amplifies the down-converted baseband signal. An adder(570) adds the amplified baseband signals.
