PURPOSE: An awn remover is provided which is constructed for enabling prompt and efficient grain selection by basically solving deterioration of grain selection efficiency of rice caused by a body of rotation net inside the grain selecting chamber in an existing awn remover. CONSTITUTION: The awn remover comprises a grain selection chamber (20) at one side of the upper part of which a hopper (22) is installed, and the inside of which is divided into a negative pressure chamber (28) and an injection chamber (30) by a wall body (26); a vent (32) through which the negative pressure chamber (28) and the injection chamber (30) are connected, wherein the vent is opened in the upper part of the wall body (26) between the negative pressure chamber (28) and the injection chamber (30); a plurality of inclined plates (32a - 32n) which are vertically arranged by being adhered in a directly lower side direction of a hopper (22) inside the grain selection chamber (20); and air inlet holes (34) formed between the inclined plates (32a - 32n) so that grain selection is carried out by contacting rice which is flown by being collided on the inclined plates (32a - 32n) with the air current sucked from the outside through the air inlet holes (34).
