PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus are provided which give the education contents through voice of through the voice of a specific character according to the selection of a user, and easily change the conversation time and the receiving telephone number. CONSTITUTION: The method for providing education contents through the voice of a specific character comprises the steps of confirming a telephone conversation or electronic mail transfer time to a concerned service subscriber by a service server (202); reading education contents from an education contents database server (203); selecting a concerned voice of a character from a voice character database server (204); calling to the subscriber through a CTI (computer telephony integration) server (205), or simultaneously drawing up an electronic voice mail and an electronic letter mail with the voice of the selected character for the read education contents; and conveying the read education contents to the subscriber in a voice of the selected character through a telephone (206), or conveying the drawn up electronic voice and letter mails to the subscriber in an electronic mail through Internet.
