PURPOSE: A cleaning apparatus and method thereof for a photosensitive medium for a wet electrophotographic printing machine are provided to prevent an abrasion of a photosensitive belt by removing a remaining toner by means of a static electricity force. CONSTITUTION: A toner charged means(40) charges a remaining toner(T2). A magnetic means(50) excites the remaining toner to weaken a united power. A removing means(60) removes the remaining toner from the photosensitive belt(30). A charged electricity(33) is installed the lower side of anti-static machine(34). The anti-static machine(34) sets the photosensitive belt by way of a transfer roller(32). A cleaning solution(Io) charges the remaining toner(T2). The first tank(41) accumulates the cleaning solution(Io). A feeding part(46) feeds the cleaning solution(Io) into the surface of the photosensitive belt(30). A withdrawing part(49) withdraws the cleaning solution from the photosensitive belt(30) to the first tank(41). A charging roller(42) is rotatably installed between the photosensitive belts(30) against a charged gap(G1).
