The handle for a hand tool, and especially a screwdriver and the like, is of a plastics material with flush surface zones of a different material. The first material forms the core of the handle with recesses in the surface, to be filled with the other material by injection. The injected shoulder point (25) for the second material is outside the grip section (27) of the tool handle. The outer surface (24) of the first material for the handle, at the tool end of the handle, is formed into an interrupted zone of the second material by at least one flow channel (28). The second material gives a one-piece shaped body for the handle. The two materials have different tactile and/or optical characteristics.
