PURPOSE: A method and a system for performing an electronic commerce on an affiliated site through a network are provided to perform a common marketing by enabling individual businessmen to be tied up with each other using wire/wireless communication networks. CONSTITUTION: An information provider shares customer information and provides information to consumers. An advertisement transmission and customer manager inserts an advertisement into contents of the information provider and manages advertisement view items of the consumers. In addition, the manager accumulates and provides fixed rights relevant to the items in ProxyCARDs. The manager performs customer authentication to each businessman. A product seller enables the customers to respectively use the rights in case of purchasing product. In addition, the seller executes a payment approval process with the ProxyCARD substituting for all sorts of credit cards.
