PURPOSE: A leveling device for constructing a floor is provided to improve the workability for maintaining horizontality and to reduce construction costs by precisely adjusting a position. CONSTITUTION: A leveling device comprises: a lower supporter(7) equipped with a supporting plate(4) protruding fixing ribs(3) with fixing holes(2) and a supporting body(5) in the supporting plate by cutting an external screw(6); a height adjustor(12) equipped with an upper body(8) with many protrusions(9) and a neck(11) having a fixing groove(10); and a locator(16) installed in the fixing groove to be rotatable and to support a rail by forming recessed portions(13) and many supporting protrusions(14). Thereby, a position is precisely controlled.
