The device has a holder block with a horizontal flank, and with a rack support foot and a holder part on the rack. The holder block (4) has a shaft (76), at a distance to the flank and open at the top, with an angled surface (81) to engage with a centering surface (83) of the rack foot (1). The block also has a clamping surface (82) to engage with a locking stop (84) under the rack foot. Positioner arms are located on either side of the holder block.
