Micro- and nano-capsules with cationic charges on the surface are claimed. Independent claims are also included for: (a) laundry and other detergents containing usual contents and these capsules; (b) skin cosmetics and cleansers containing usual contents and these capsules; (c) shampoos and hair cosmetics containing usual contents and these capsules.
