<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the degree of perfection of a short-time cycle method for a laminated plastic card and to especially simplify procedure progress to increase a cycle speed. SOLUTION: A press molding machine for manufacturing the laminated plastic card such as a check card or a credit card from a plurality of sheets to be mutually press-molded is constituted of two press plates 2, 3 relatively movable each other. These press plates 2, 3 are possible to heat and/or cool and receive the sheets 11 to be press-molded in the press gap between both plates and, at this time, at least one press pads 4, 5 and press plates 9, 10 are arranged between the sheets and the press plates 2, 3 and the press pads 4, 5 are held to the press molding machine in an immovable or displaceable manner.</p> |
