DRAINING/SEALING STRUCTURE AND DRAINING/SEALING METHOD IN WASTE DISPOSAL SITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure for imparting high strength and high sealing property when joining both of a liner sheet placed on a waste disposal site and a drainage pipe penetrating through the liner sheet the each other. SOLUTION: The draining/sealing structure in the waste disposal site is composed of the liner sheet buried underground to intercept water in the inside and the outside of the waste disposal site, the polyethylene resin-made drainage pipe penetrating through the liner sheet and extending to the outside from the inside of the waste disposal site through the underground, a pair of coating film layers composed of an adhesive applied on the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole of the liner sheet and the outer peripheral surface of the drainage pipe opposed to the inner peripheral surface and consisting essentially of a polyolefin based resin and a joining layer interposed between the coating film layers and for joining the drainage pipe and the liner sheet to each other to enable to intercept water.
