PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring bag for a liquid and the like having a storage section for the liquid and the like and used for storing and pouring the liquid and the like, which is usable not only for easily pouring the liquid and the like but also usable as a tool for filling a putty in a joint filling work. SOLUTION: The pouring bag for the liquid and the like is characterized by having a constitution in which a part on which a communicating line communicating with a storage section for the liquid and the like forming the bag and also a planned sealed opening site, and a part of the planned opening site is cut off, removed and opened, and then a tubular material with both ends open is inserted into the opening, and the liquid and the like in the bag is poured out of the end of the tubular material.
