PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burring up jig and burring method capable of a burring up machining of a prepared hole irrespective of its position on a pipe with reduced machining time. SOLUTION: The jig is composed of a cylindrical pipe shaped outer jig 67 on the tip end of which is provided with a semi-discal projecting part 65 formed in the drawing out direction and a shaft-like inner jig 71 inserted slidably and rotatably into the outer jig 67 with a semi-discal projecting part 69 formed on the tip end thereof in the drawing out direction. Both semi-discal projections 65, 69 are provided with a discal projection 93 having a diameter larger than that of a round prepared hole 91 bored in the drawing out direction of the jigs 67, 71.
