PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sunscreen cosmetics having good spreadability and feeling, excellent moisturizing effects and skin care effects, kind touch feeling for the skin and high ultraviolet rays blocking effects and capability of application wide to cosmetics for skin external use and pharmaceuticals. SOLUTION: The cosmetics comprise emulsions including fine particles of titanium oxide covered with silicon dioxide and fine particles of zinc oxide covered with methylhydrogenpolysiloxane and titanium oxide fine particles are included in an aqueous phase of a dispersion medium and zinc oxide fine particles are included in an oil phase of a dispersion substrate. The globular fine powders are added to this emulsion.
